Michael Ray Locker

Michael Ray Locker, age 33, of New Philadelphia died Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

A son of Danielle (Daniel) Gilmore of Byesville, Ohio and the late Brandon Fox, Michael was born in Union Hospital at Dover on May 12, 1987.

Michael was a graduate of Strasburg-Franklin High School and Buckeye Career Center where he studied carpentry. Michael was a laborer who most recently was employed locally by Meteor at Dover.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Michael is survived by a brother, Kenny Crookshank, Jr.; a sister, Nikki (Jeremy) McCoun; his grandmother, Marge Locker; an uncle, William (Wendy) Locker, II; his step-father, Kenny Crookshank Sr., as well as his nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, an aunt, Tammy Quillen, and his maternal grandfather, William Locker.

There will be no public visitation or services. Cremation care has been conducted through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
