Tina Marie Householder

Tina Marie Householder, 29, of New Philadelphia, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2009 in her home following a courageous battle with cancer.A daughter of Walter and Sandra (Porter) Smart of New Philadelphia, Tina was born September 23, 1979 in Union Hospital at Dover.Tina enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and fishing, attending church and arts and crafts. Most of all she cherished her family and the time spent with them.In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by her husband, Jason Householder, whom she married on October 14, 2004; three children, Paige and Tanner Smart and Austun Householder all of New Philadelphia; a brother, Greg (Ashlee) Smart of Tippecanoe; her grandparents, Robert and Grace Porter Sr. of Dennison, Ruth DeRush of New Philadelphia and Oscar and Wyema Smart of New Philadelphia, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Donna Shalosky of Coshocton.Tina was loved and will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Florence Smart.Family and friends may call on Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A funeral service celebrating Tina’s life will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Chapel with Rev. Ray Carpenter officiating.
