Terry L. Angelo

Terry L. Yost Angelo, age 62, of New Philadelphia, passed away peacefully late Saturday morning, July 18, 2009, in Union Hospital, following an extended illness. Born at Dover, August 15, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Charles T. and Helen E. Korns Yost. For most of her life, Terry was a resident of Dover or New Philadelphia. She was a familiar face on New Philadelphia’s west end where she managed the Quik Fill Gas Station for twenty-seven years prior to her leaving in February, 2005. Terry is survived by her son, Charles (wife Michelle) Angelo of New Philadelphia, and a step-daughter, Kathleen Kohr of Kimbolton, a brother; William (wife, Laurie) Yost of Columbia Station, Ohio, and a niece, Jessica Yost, also of Columbia Station.She’ll be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Jason, Jeremy, Tia, Mathew, Jasmine, and Joshua. A great-granddaughter Dominique, and a very special great-grandson; Anthony, completes her family. In addition to her parents, Terry is preceded in death by her husband Anthony J. Angelo, Sr. as well as a nephew and a great-grandson. Cremation will be conducted through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory. Family and friends will gather in casual dress on Thursday morning, July 23, 2009, at 10:30 in Evergreen Burial Park for a graveside committal service. A covered dish luncheon is planned for all who wish to attend at Terry’s residence, 123 North Avenue NW following the gathering at the cemetery.
