Terri Lynn Maurer

Terri Lynn Maurer, 45, of Dover, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her home.

A daughter of the late Larry and Diana (Swaney) Harper, Terri was born November 6, 1968 at Uhrichsville, Ohio.

Terri graduated from Claymont High School in 1986. She was employed at Lee’s Wheel Alignment & Auto Repair as the secretary.

She enjoyed spending the summer months relaxing in her pool as well as traveling to the beach. Terri also enjoyed building doll houses in her spare time. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her dogs, Hannah and Tucker and being a grandma.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Clum; her children, McKinsey (Ryan) Frey of New Philadelphia and Carissa (Brandon) Gay of Massillon; her grandchildren, Ryan and Josh Gay of Massillon; two sisters, Bonnie (Mark) Phillips of Lafayette, Indiana and Lori (Bruce) Rankin of Uhrichsville; a brother, Jason Harper of Uhrichsville; Doug’s parents, Carol and Jerry Clum of New Philadelphia; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. Cremation will follow the visitation.
