Tammy Lynn Quinlan

Tammy Lynn (Locker) Quinlan, age 54, of New Philadelphia, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Country Club Retirement Campus under the care of Community Hospice following a period of declining health.

Born in Dover, Ohio on November 25, 1960, she is the daughter of Marjorie Ellen (Buckohr) Locker of New Philadelphia and the late William Leonard Locker.

After graduating from New Philadelphia High School in 1979, Tammy continued to work hard at Taco Bell in Dover for nearly 25 years.

On December 31, 1995, she married the love of her life, James Quinlan, of New Philadelphia. Tammy and Jim went on a yearly vacation to Virginia Beach, where they relaxed and enjoyed peace, smiles and fun activities. Bowling was another favorite past time. Mostly, she cherished her time at home with her husband, whether it was cooking, cleaning, or just lounging.

In addition to her husband and mother, Tammy will be deeply missed by her brother, Bill (Wendy) Locker of Strasburg; her sister, Danielle (Daniel) Locker-Gilmore of Kimbolton; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Tammy’s wishes cremation will be cared for through Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory in Dover.
