Tammy Blackledge

Tammy McIntosh Blackledge, 59, of Bakersville, North Carolina, passed away under hospice care on February 27, 2014 in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Born May 10, 1954 in Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Karen Pedlar Berkshire and the late John McIntosh.

She is survived by her daughter, Leah Blackledge of the home; her mother, Karen Berkshire of Strasburg; and her brother, John (Lynn) Hooks of South Carolina.

A memorial service will be held in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 beginning at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. A meal will follow in Geib’s hospitality center after the service. Private inurnment will take place in Dover Burial Park.
