Sherry Fechuch

Sherry Lou Fechuch, age 68, of Newcomerstown passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in Southeastern Regional Medical Center at Cambridge.

Born in Dover on October 6, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Phyllis (Zimmerly) Greisen.

Sherry married Daniel Fechuch in 1974 and together they enjoyed 48 years of marriage.

She devoted her life to caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren whom she adored.  She made a point to be active in the lives of her family.  In her free time Sherry loved to decorate her house and spend time in her flower beds.

Sherry will be deeply missed by her husband Dan; children, Steve (Jackie Johns) Dietrich of Newcomerstown, Connie (Forrest Freetage) Miller of Coshocton, Dan (Amy) Dietrich of Newcomerstown and Andy (Angie Shalosky) Fechuch of Newcomerstown; grandchildren, Andrew Jerry Fechuch, Rachel (Holden) Beach, Kodey Miller, Brittany Harding, Joe Harding, Ashley Dietrich, David Fechuch, Daniel Dietrich, Paige Smart, Gage Fechuch, Colton Fechuch and Tanner Fechuch; many great-grandchildren; nephew, Gary Shotwell; and niece Verna Shotwell.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Griesen; step-father, Jerry Griesen; grandparents, Alfred and Zerna Zimmerly; brothers, Gary and Lonnie Shotwell.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Stone Creek Cemetery.
