Sharon Lee Harig, 70, of Uhrichsville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 30, 2013 from the Cleveland Clinic following a sudden illness.
A daughter of the late Marcus Page and the late Margaret (Wood) Todd, Sharon was born July 22, 1943 at New Philadelphia, Ohio.
Sharon was an avid reader and the enjoyed gardening, cooking and frequenting yard sales. Most of all she cherished her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Jody (Jeffrey) Pringle of New Philadelphia; a son, Richard Harig of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jilyane (Stephen) Weigand of Dover and Jesalyn (Beau) Stull of New Philadelphia; her great grandchildren, Chasity Hawk and Emalyn, Connor and Kirstin Weigand; her siblings, Bertha Callanan of Colonia, New Jersey, Dolores (Charles) Williams of New Philadelphia, Sandra Colombo of Tuscarawas, Mark Page of New Philadelphia, Marlene Morrison of St. Augustine, Florida and Kenneth Page of Columbus; a sister-in-law, Jean Ann Page of Strasburg and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her former husband, Richard Harig, Sr.; siblings, Mary (Eugene) Breehl, Richard Page, Ruth Maxwell, Fred Page, Barbara Burton and Keith Page and brothers-in-law, Tom Colombo and George Callanan.
In keeping with Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Pastor Larry Fletcher will lead a graveside service on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Roxford Church Cemetery.
