Ruth D. McPherson

Ruth D. McPherson, 83, of New Philadelphia, formerly of Stone Creek, died Tuesday, October 22, 2002 at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover.Born in Stone Creek, she was the daughter of the late Edward R. and Florence A. Reifensnyder McPherson and had worked as a clerk for the former Marlowes Drug Store in Dover.Surviving is a sister, Edith M. McPherson of Dover; a sister-in-law, Jean McPherson of Canton; a niece, Esther Jean (Ted) Curran of Medina and five nephews, Stanley McPherson of Canton, David McPherson of Kent, Kenneth (Donna) McPherson of Minerva, Bruce (Bonnie) McPherson of Louisville and Duane (Rose) McPherson of Poland. A brother, Paul McPherson is deceased.Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2002 at 2:00 PM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia. Burial will be at Stone Creek Cemetery in Stone Creek. Visitation will be held Thursday October 24, 2002 from 12:30 PM until the time of the service.
