Rosalie Ann Daniels, 63, of Mineral City, died Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her home.
A daughter of the late Matthew and Mary (Beitzel) Ellis, Rosalie was born February 17, 1950 at Dover, Ohio.
Rosalie graduated from New Philadelphia High School and was a member of First United Church of Christ at New Philadelphia.
She had a passion for classic cars and was especially fond of her 1964 Corvair. Rosalie enjoyed attending car shows and often times entered her own car. She also enjoyed decorating for the holidays and was most known for her outside Christmas display which her family said could be seen from outer space. Most of all she cherished her grandchildren and the time spent with them.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Boor whom she married on March 10, 2006; her children, Garry (Kimberly) Daniels of New Philadelphia and Dawn (Matthew) Frizzell of Uhrichsville; her grandchildren, Breanna, Brooke, Grace, Alyvia and Savanna and her brother, Dr. Richard (Diane) Ellis of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours and cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. Inurnment will be held in Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia at a later date.
