Rosa Lee Fultz, 70, of New Philadelphia, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Community Hospice House at New Philadelphia following a period of declining health.
A daughter of the late James William and Leona Elizabeth (Myers) Hanlon, Rosa was born October 3, 1946 at Dover, Ohio.
Rosa graduated from Tuscarawas Valley High School in 1964 and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She enjoyed spending time on her computer as well as knitting and crocheting. Rosa also enjoyed fishing with her family.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Michelle) Fultz of New Philadelphia, Robin (Dave) Fox of Dennison, Rebecca (Andy) Gedeon of Akron and Russell Fultz of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jamie (Ashley) Haney, Morgan (David) Phelps, Michael (Cynthia) Flynn, Charise Fultz, Chante Fultz, Roman Fultz and Nick Gedeon; three great grandchildren and her siblings, Jim Hanlon, Jean (Bob) Hadden, Lloyd (Deloris) Hanlon, Phyliss (Francis) Wells, Bobby Hanlon and Roger Hanlon.
Rosa was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby R. Fultz who passed away on October 2, 2009; a grandson, Joey Thomas; a sister, Ellen Ady and a brother, Tom Hanlon.
In keeping with Rosa’s wishes cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A service celebrating Rosa’s life will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1212 Kelly Avenue NW, New Philadelphia, OH.
