Roberta M. “Bobbi” Clark, died Friday, January 23, 2004, in New Philadelphia, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. She was 59.Born on May 1, 1944, in Dover, Bobbi was the daughter of Lorinda Hilton Walker and the late Otis T. Walker, Sr., and was a l962 graduate of Tusky Valley High School.Bobbi was a member of the Roxford United Methodist Church in Dennison and was a dietary aide at New Dawn Nursing Home in New Philadelphia.Known for having the biggest heart and warmest smile, she was a loving caregiver, often helping her mother, other family members, and neighbors in need. She enjoyed the outdoors, loved daisies, and had a special passion for all types of cats, particularly Bengal tigers. She was also especially fond of her mother’s dachshund, Lacey.Bobbi will be greatly missed by her many friends and loving family, her mother, Lorinda; daughters, Mary (Dennis) Bowersock of Uhrichsville and Candy (Shaun) Fiddler of Mineral City; sons, David McDougall of New Philadelphia and Eddie McIntire of Freeport; daughter-in-law, Michelle McIntire of St. Clairsville; grandchildren, Justin and Chandy Fiddler, Kayla and Dustin Bowersock, and Nikita McIntire; sisters, Phyllis (Richard) Michael of Lakeland, FL, Ida (Lyman) Brokaw and Hilda Baldwin, both of New Philadelphia, and Janice (Keith) Jones of Magnolia; brothers, Gerald “Mickey” (Dafnes) Walker of Sommerdale, and Otis (Ginnie) Walker, Jr., of Sherrodsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father, Otis, Sr., her grandparents, A.D. and Ida Walker and Robert and Evelyn Hilton, her brother, Donald James Walker, Sr., and a son, Patrick Wayne McIntire.Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, January 28, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Henry E. Mooney on Thursday, January 29, 2004, at 1:00 pm at the Roxford United Methodist Church. Burial in Roxford Cemetery will follow the service.The family requests that donations in Bobbi’s memory be made to the Roxford Church Family Life Center, 771 Roxford Church Road SE, Dennison, OH 44612.
