Robert Leggett

Robert Leggett, 88, of Bolivar and formerly of New Philadelphia died February 18, 2016 in Community Hospice House.

Born in New Philadelphia he was the son of the late John J. Leggett, Sr. and Ada E. (Archinal) Leggett. Bob was a loving son and a devoted and kind uncle and brother. He enjoyed singing and was proud of his contribution at Starlight Workshop where he was the oldest and longest serving student.

He is survived by his brothers, Walter E. (Edith) Leggett and Donald J. (Norma) Leggett, both of New Philadelphia; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, Mary Vandevort, John Leggett Jr., Joseph P. Leggett, and Gary L Leggett.

A graveside service will be held in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens in Dover on Monday beginning at 10 am with Rev. Ron Heasley officiating.
