Robert Fultz

Robert “Bob” Fultz, age 67, of New Philadelphia, died Friday, October 2, 2009, in Hennis Care Center at Dover.A son of the late Charles E. and Bessie Mae (Parsons) Fultz, Robert was born at Cottageville, West Virginia on December 14, 1941.For more than twenty years, Robert worked as a driver for Penn Ohio Transport prior to his retirement in 2002. Additionally he was affiliated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.Robert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and perfecting his expertise in plant care as he enjoyed working with domestic and garden plants.Robert leaves behind his family which includes his wife, Rosa (Hanlon) Fultz, whom he married, July 18, 1964, two daughters, Robin Flynn of New Philadelphia and Rebecca (Shawn) Thomas of Canton and two sons, Robert (Michelle) Fultz of Newcomerstown, and Russell (Heather) Fultz of Ithaca, New York.Six granddaughters, Morgan Haney, Charise Fultz, Chante Fultz, Rozaleigh Thomas, Casey Hovanec, and Abigail Thomas, and six grandsons, Jamie Haney, Michael Flynn, Joey Thomas, Roman Fultz, and Jacob Thomas complete the family.In keeping with Robert’s wishes there will be no public visitation or services. Cremation will be cared for by Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory at Dover
