Richard Page Jones

Richard “Dickie” Page Jones, 50, of Midvale, died November 8, 2006, at his residence.Dickie was born in Dover, on June 13, 1956, to the late Page D. and Ruth L. Ward Jones. In 1975, Dickie graduated from Indian Valley North High School and upon graduation Dickie went to work for Hardee’s in New Philadelphia. He worked there for over twenty years. Dickie was a collector of comic books and coins.He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Helen Frank, brother, Robert Lee Jones and his companion, his dog Bear.Dickie is survived by his siblings, Sue (Terry) Nichols, of New Philadelphia and their son, Brock Jones, Donald (Beth) Jones of Kenai, Alaska, Donna (Keith) Dalton of Zanesville, Ohio, Robert Evans of Virginia, Bonnie Baldwin of Dover, Katherine “Sis” Meese of Dover, Everett “Jr.” (Marian) Evans of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.Friends are invited to call Friday, November 10, 2006, from 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-7:00 pm in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.Funeral service will be held on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 pm in the funeral home’s chapel with the Rev. L. Earl Young officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Burial Park.The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society, P.O.
