Richard Mast

Richard Paul Mast, 49, of Bolivar, died Monday, January 22, 2018 while hiking, which was one of his favorite activities.

A son of Kay (Dennis) Watson and the late Paul Mast, Richard was born October 25, 1968 at Placerville, California.

Richard was employed at Cable Manufacturing and Assembly at Bolivar where he worked as a press operator. He loved the outdoors and especially had a passion for hiking. Richard will be remembered for his generous spirit.

He is survived by his mother and step-father; Kay and Howard Watson of New Philadelphia; his brother and sister-in-law, Randall and Shannon Mast of Dover; a nephew, Chase Mast and a niece, Kristen Boswell

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 9 AM to 11 AM in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover. A service celebrating Richard’s life will follow at 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Roger Warnes officiating. Immediately following the service, a luncheon will be held in the Hospitality Room in the funeral home.
