Richard Guy Robinson

Richard Guy Robinson II, 54, of Dover, died Wednesday, September 12, 2007 in his home following a courageous battle with cancer.A son of Patricia L. (Heimann) Robinson-Woodard and the late Richard Guy Robinson, Richard was born January 6, 1953 at Alexandria, Virginia.Richard was a veteran of the United States Army who enjoyed many different hobbies. Some of his favorite hobbies were gardening and taking care of the lawn, cleaning and riding motorcycles. He had a good sense of humor and he always referred to himself as “the jack of all trades and master of none”.He is survived by his loving wife, Roseann (Cason) Robinson, three children, Julianna (Timothy) Collins of Dellroy, Christopher Robinson and Patricia Robinson both of Dover; four grandchildren; his mother and step-father, Patricia and Robert Woodard of Eustis, Florida; one sister, Christina Sherwood of Umatilla, Florida and two brothers, Tom Robinson of Oregon and Matt Robinson of Enterprise, Alabama.Richard was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Jeff Robinson.In keeping with Richard’s wishes, cremation will take place through the care of Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
