Rodney Jackson

Rodney G. Jackson, 61, of Dover, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in his home at Dover, following a period of declining health.

Born in Wooster on June 23, 1962, Rodney was the son of the late Homer Eugene and Nancy (Chapman) Jackson. Following his graduation from high school, Rodney began a long career in delivery for Domino’s Pizza.  In his free-time he enjoyed playing on his phone and listening to music.

Surviving is his wife of 37 years, Angela (Bennett) Jackson whom he married on October 4, 1986.  He is also survived by a sister, Rebecca Mennom; numerous nieces and nephews; and his two cats, Theodore, and Angel.

In addition to his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by his sister, Jeanna Jackson; and step-sisters, Gerry Jackson, and Etheyl Hritz.

 The family will greet guests on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the Geib Funeral Home at Dover.  A celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home at 7:00 PM.   Following the service cremation care has been entrusted to the Geib Funeral Home.
