Ramona M. Weber

Ramona Marie (Basiletti) Weber, 86, of Dover and formerly New Philadelphia, died Saturday, November 26, 2022 in Park Village Healthcare at Dover.

A daughter of the late Max and Bertha (Welz) Basiletti, Ramona was born at Dover on October 24, 1936.

Ramona was a 1954 graduate of New Philadelphia High School. She worked with Allied Machine as a machine operator and in the packaging/shipping department until her retirement in 2003.

Ramona was a talented quilter and loved to work on crafts and crochet.

She was the devoted wife of the late James Allen Weber, whom she married on December 30, 1983.

She is survived by her children, John (Cindy) Schroeder of Dover, Thomas J. Schroeder of New Philadelphia and Jeffrey S. (Gina) Schroeder of South Carolina; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; and her brother, Emmett Basiletti.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Bradley A. Schroeder; and 15 brothers and sisters.

In keeping with Ramona’s wishes, no public visitation or services are scheduled. Burial will be held in Evergreen Burial Park.
