Ralph G. Fulton, 89, of Atwood Lake, died Monday, September 21, 2009, at Union Hospital in Dover.A son of the late John V. and Mary C. Moore Fulton, Ralph was born on August 6, 1920 in Moorefield O.A WW II veteran, he was a wonderful man and loving husband to his wife, Margaret June Zay Fulton, whom he married on August 7, 1942 and together they celebrated 67 years of marriage; daughter, Sharon A. Fulton of Atwood Lake, son, David L. and Kay Fulton of Atwood Lake, daughter, Sandy and Bill Rossi, of Orlando FL, daughter, Kathy J. Neasham of Tucson AZ, daughter Debby and Gene Snyder of Atwood Lake; a very special grandpa to ten grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Grace Watson, and Gladys Steidl; two brothers, George Fulton, and Jack Fulton; one granddaughter, Melissa S.
