Phyllis M. Siciliano, 94, of New Philadelphia, passed away peacefully in Park Village Healthcare Center at Dover under the care of Community Hospice.
Born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on January 7, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Americo and Adelgisa “Daisy” (John) Plebani.
Phyllis married her husband, Guy Angelo Siciliano on August 31, 1963. They were active members of Sacred Heart Church where they both sang in the choir. They also enjoyed participating in community theaters and clogging.
Professionally, Phyllis retired from the Tuscarawas County Senior Center where she served as the director of the organization.
In addition to Guy, Phyllis is survived by her sons, Dean (Tina) Siciliano of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, and Dave (Tammy) Siciliano of Wooster; her grandchildren, Nicholas Kruman, Madelyn Siciliano, and John and Abigail Sicliano; and her sister, Joann (Andrew) Yanok of St. Clairsville.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edward Plebani.
Visitation will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. Father Jeff Coning will celebrate Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church on Wednesday beginning at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia.
