Peggy Sue Coleman, age 58 of Mineral City, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, December 15, 2015 in her residence.
A daughter of Vernon and Billie (Murphy) Burke of Woodsfield, Ohio, Peg was born in Aultman Hospital at Canton.
She attended River High School at Hannibal, Ohio and graduated from Conotton Valley High School. Peg worked for a number of years as an STNA for various nursing homes throughout the area. She also enjoyed being with her family, her grandchildren, and being outdoors.
In addition to her parents, Peg is survived by her daughter, Holly (Jenner) Mbobi of Canton; her son, Leroy and his companion of North Carolina; her grandsons, Storm, Malachi, Sabastian, and Tilson; her fiancé, Jeff Wood of Mineral City and her former husband, Gary (Dawn) Coleman of Bowerston.
Completing the family are her siblings, Vernon (Glenda) Burke, Jr., Randy (Karen) Burke, Sr. all of Dennison, Steve (Nancy) Burke of Stone Creek, Rick (Lesa) Burke of Carrollton, and Jeanna (Terry) Nelson of Coshocton as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.
Peg was preceded in death by a sister, Holly Burke.
A private graveside service in West Union Cemetery at Sardis, Ohio will be held at a later date. Cremation care has been conducted by Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory at Dover.
