Peggy Ann Haney

Peggy Ann Haney, 48, of New Philadelphia, died Thursday, November 19, 2009 in Amberwood Manor at New Philadelphia.A daughter of Linda (Scott) Haney and the late Arnold Haney, Peggy was born June 22, 1961 at Uhrichsville.Peggy was a volunteer for the West Side Chargers football team and a fan of the Cleveland Browns.She is survived by her mother, Linda Haney and her step father, Gary Haney; a son, Matthew Toole; a brother, Randy (Shannon) Haney all of New Philadelphia; a step brother, Gary (Elizabeth) Haney Jr. of Indiana; her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Amanda and Ramer Greewalt, Tony, Randy and Gary Haney and Mahaley and Hunter Heavlin; great nieces, Brianna Flickinger and Maddi Nelson; great nephew, Aiden “little man” Nelson and her friends, Junior and Debbie Beck and Carmie Oszust.Peggy was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Judy Greenwalt.In keeping with Peggy’s wishes, cremation will take place through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 4 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
