Patrick P. Brady

Patrick P. Brady, 65, of Dover, died Thursday, Nov.10, 2005 at Aultman Hospital in Canton following a brief illness.A son of the late R. Michael and Nellie G. Young Brady, Pat was born January 10, 1940 in Dennison, O. After graduating from New Philadelphia High School in 1958, he graduated from barber school in Pittsburgh and spent 7 years working at the Miracle Lane Plaza barbers before becoming an account manager for the Hughes Corporation formerly Electric Labs of Mattoon IL. He married Janet McCreery Bates on September 2, 1986.Pat had a love of the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, swimming and gardening, but most of all he enjoyed his family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.In addition to his wife he is survived by five daughters, Stacy (Todd) Young of Dover, Leslee Seemann of N. Canton, Sheri Bates of Marion O., Leigh (Chuck) Hammary of New Phila., Gena (Mike) Grasselli of Dover; nine grandchildren, Carson Denning and Jarid Seemann of N.Canton, Rian (Mike ) Pierce, Abbagail and Jillian Hammary of New Phila., Nikki Young of Virginia Beach Va., Mason and Isabella Grasselli and Logan Young of Dover, and two great-grandchildren, Ethan Pierce of New Phila. and Tylar Parker of Virginia Beach Va.In addition to his parents Pat was preceded in death by two brothers, James Brady who was lost over the English Channel during WW II, and Bill Brady. Visitation will be Sunday November 13, 2005 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Geib Funeral Center at 5600 North Wooster Ave., Dover, OH. Services will be Sunday at 5 p.m. following visitation, with the Rev.
