Patricia Ann Schaar

Patricia Ann Schaar, 55, of Uhrichsville, died Monday, October 8, 2007 in Aultman Hospital at Canton following a sudden illness.A daughter of Thelma (Marker) Ayers of Strasburg and the late Carl Crone, Patricia was born in Union Hospital at Dover on March 14, 1952.Patricia was 1970 graduate of New Philadelphia High School and she was a member of the Church of the Risen Christ. She was also a member of the Uhrichsville Moose and the Dennison Eagles.She enjoyed playing cards and Michigan Poker was her favorite game to play. Patricia also enjoyed dancing and crossword puzzles. But most of all, she cherished her family and the time spent with her grandchildren.Patricia is survived by her children, Brian (Amy) Schaar of Dover, Tammy (Ken) Schaar and Tina (Steve) Schaar both of Uhrichsville and Tim Schaar and Chris Schaar both of New Philadelphia; 15 grandchildren; one sister, Diane (Dave) Miskimen of New Philadelphia; one brother, Dan (Kriss) Crone of Freeport, a sister-in-law, Sue Crone of Okeechobee, Florida and a dear friend Marty Oschenbein of Canton.She was preceded in death by her father, her husband, Terry Schaar who passed away in 1991 and a brother, Richard Crone.Family and friends may call on Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover. A funeral service celebrating Patricia’s life will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Geib Funeral Center with Rev. Hugh Berry officiating.
