Patricia “Pat and also Patsy” Ann Reed, 66, went home to be with the Lord, she died unexpectedly but peacefully at her home in Dover on Sunday, December 17th.A daughter of the late Joseph John Moore and Susan Olga (Plahtinski) Moore.Patricia was born January 27, 1940. She is survived by her loving husband John H. Reed, with whom she celebrated 29 years of marriage this past June; one son Ronald Christopher (Lori) Milligan of Doylestown, OH ; two step-sons, John Reed of Minerva, OH; and Randy (Vicky) Reed of Chicago, IL; Two grand children, Allison and Hayden Milligan; three step-grand-children, Mindi, Ryan, and Derrick Reed; one sister Betty Jo (Ken) Stahl of New Philadelphia, OH; one brother-in-law Richard Reed of Minerva, OH; one sister-in-law, Bonnie Whitaker of Tallahassee, FL; one aunt, Lois Brown of New Philadelphia, Oh; Nephews and Nieces, Steven Stonecipher, Robert Stonecipher Jr., Pete (Michelle) Ash and Joe (Suzi) Ash; Cathy Judy and Barbara Stonecipher, great-nephews and nieces, Rocky Stonecipher ; Chevy Ash ; Amber Halsteade, Sarah Ash; great-great nephew and nieces, Mayson Ash, Cameron Minton, Janelle Judy , Breeze Stonecipher and Vanessa Halsteade. Patricia was preceded in death by her sister Evelyn May Stonecipher. Patricia was known for her great sense of humor and her ability to always make people laugh. Her hobbies and interests included the joy of shopping, spending time with her many friends, collecting recipes, watching soap operas, playing the organ and the accordion, but most of all she treasured the time spent with her family.Family and friends may call in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia on Thursday, December 21, 2006 from 6 to 8 P.M. In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, there will be no public services observed and inurnment will take place in East Avenue Cemetery at New Philadelphia.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patricia’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, 1815 West Market Street, Suite 108, Akron, OH, 44313.
