Nadine Badertscher

Nadine died at her residence Saturday, Feb. 8, 2003, of cancer.Nadine Louise was born the daughter of Louis and Betty (Swihart) Krocker on May 17, 1954, in Dennison, O. Nadine was a lifetime resident of Tuscarawas County, O., where she was raised and educated. Here is where she met and married the love of her life, Tim Badertscher, on June 6, 1972, and together started a family.They moved to Gillette with her family in June of 1995. At her new home in Wyoming, she completed AHIMA Independent Study Program through Northern Wyoming Community College and received her RHIT certification in October 2000.Nadine worked at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in medical records, as a supervisor.Nadine is survived by her husband Tim Badertscher; daughter, Corey Badertscher, both of Gillette, Wyo.; son, Adam Badertscher of Bozeman, Mont.; brother, Dan (Diane) Krocker of Navarre, O.; two sisters, Helen (Steve) Whiting of San Diego, Calif., and Becky (Don) Shrewsberry of Springfield, O., nephews, Erik (Amy) Shrewsberry, Jason (Heather) Whiting, and Brad Krocker; nieces, Jennifer (Scott) McLaughling, and Lindsay Krocker; and beloved pet dog, Maggie.Nadine is preceded in death by her parents and grandmother.A memorial is suggested to the Heptner Radiation Oncology Center in Gillette, Wyo.
