Mildred Eaton Bultman

MILDRED EATON BULTMAN, 90, of New Philadelphia, died Monday, January 13, 2003 at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover. She was born June 28, 1912 in Union County, IN, the only child of the late Carl R. and Ordessa Charles Eaton. On June 6, 1942 she married childhood friend Howard F. Bultman, who survives. For many years she and her husband were members of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church in Richmond, where she taught Sunday School. Mrs. Bultman worked as a legal secretary and later as an administrative affairs secretary at Miami University at Oxford. She also worked as a secretary at Dennis Junior High School in Richmond. Mrs. Bultman enjoyed cooking and providing for her family and friends. She also liked to sew. In 1997 the couple moved to New Philadelphia and attended Faith Christian Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Bultman is survived by daughters, Kathy Burns of New Philadelphia and Betty Jo Bultman of Palatine, IL and two grandchildren, Rachel and Joel Burns. Private services will be held and burial will take place at Oxford Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, January 17, 2003 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the New Philadelphia home of her daughter Kathy Burns. Contributions honoring her life may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
