Michelle Martin

Michelle “Micki” Ann Martin, age 69, of Dover died, Wednesday, August 10, 2022, in Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Dover, Ohio on January 13, 1953, Micki was a daughter of the late Richard Martin and Joni (Lawless) Martin.

Micki was a hard worker all of life.  But her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

Micki is survived by her sons, Ricco (Molly) VanMeter of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and John VanMeter of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Sky, Gabriel, Gavin, Quinn and Hazen VanMeter; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Diane Tesch; brother, Rick Martin; nieces, Danielle (Eric) Fishel and Brandy (Scott) Fisher; and her dog Bella.

In addition to her parents, Micki was preceded in death by her sister Kelly; and her dog Murphy.

In keeping with Micki’s wishes, no public visitation or services are currently planned.  Cremation care has been entrusted to Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory.
