Michael Alan Miller

Michael Alan Miller, 70, of Dover, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 24, 2021 in Union Hospital at Dover following a brief illness.

A son of the late Howard Miller and the late Mildred (Wiandt) Everett, Michael was born August 5, 1950 at Dover, Ohio and grew up in Sherrodsville.

Michael enjoyed listening to music as well as hanging out with his son, Mikey, and his granddaughter, Alyson. In his younger years, he enjoyed operating the CB Radio and his call name was “Mickey Mouse”.

He is survived by his children, Jennifer Miller, Stephanie Miller and Michael (companion, Tara Wagner) Miller II; his grandchildren, Zachary (Heather) Miller, Tanner Rubright, Alexis Canfield, Olivia Brady and Alyson Miller; two great-granddaughters, Rylee Miller and Jacey Meese; his step-father, Larry Everett; his siblings, Mary Lee (Doran) Peterman, John (Sara) Miller, Dale Everett and David Everett; his former wife, Dianna Mason McLeod; many nieces and nephews and his beloved cat, Russell.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a cousin, Rick Everett and sister-in-law, Roberta Everett.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services and cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
