Mary Tristano

Mary Catherine Tristano, 76 of Dover, died Thursday, February 15, 2018 in Park Village Health Care Center at Dover.

A daughter of the late Paul F. and Virginia L. (Fait) Cox, Mary was born July 4, 1941 at New Philadelphia, Ohio.

Mary was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at Dover and was retired from Union Hospital at Dover where she worked as a nurse’s aide for 18 years.

She is survived by her sons, David (Blodwyn) Tristano Jr. of North Canton and Michael Tristano of Dover; two granddaughters; one grandson; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia (Robert) Miller of Strasburg.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David J. Tristano, Sr.; two sisters, Janice Wilmoth and Frances Pauline; and two brothers, Paul and Jim Cox.

In keeping with Mary’s wishes, cremation will take place through the care of the Geib Funeral Center at Dover with inurnment taking place in Dover Burial Park.
