Mary Louise Mccahill Ridgway

Mary Louise McCahill Ridgway, 67, formerly of New Philadelphia, passed away quietly Sunday evening, December 14, 2003 at the Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar. Mary Lou was born in the Sharon Valley of Tuscarawas county to the late Dennis and Mary F. Reichman McCahill on October 2, 1936 and grew-up in Wainwright. She attended Tuscarawas and Warwick Township schools before starting her 30-year career with The Timken Company in New Philadelphia. Mary Lou enjoyed crocheting, reading, and caring for her pets.Mary Lou is survived by her three children, daughters, Marsha (Mark) Judy of Dover and Revecka (Terry) St. George of New Philadelphia and son, Randy Ridgway and his companion Debbie Croskey of the Millersburg area; two grandsons, Vincent Ridgway and Terry St. George, Jr. and granddaughter, Greer St. George; five sisters, Janice (Dennis) Urfer of New Philadelphia, Elizabeth “Ann” (Bob) Craig of Tappen Lake, Shirley Sinkovich and Barbara (Roy) Schilling, both of Ragersville, and Karen (Dave) Green of Midvale; three brothers, Ronald (Martha) McCahill of Dover, Dennis (Lynda) McCahill and Harold (Mary) McCahill, both of New Philadelphia; and sister-in-law, Brenda McCahill, of New Philadelphia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles McCahill.Funeral services and burial near her parents at Sharon Moravian Church Cemetery will be private.Contributions in Mary Lou’s memory to Cats-N-Us, 829 Union Ave., Dover, OH 44622 have been encouraged.
