Mary A. (Long) Price, 87, of New Philadelphia and formerly of Uhrichsville, died Saturday, March 12, 2005 at Union Hospital in Dover.A daughter of the late George W. and Abbie (Wilson) Huber, Mary was born May 21, 1917 in Dennison.She was a 1935 graduate of Uhrichsville High School. She was formerly employed at Baker Drug Store, H & A Drugstore and Sale’s Department Store in Uhrichsville.Mary was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Philadelphia where she was active in various church groups. She was also an active member of the Uhrichsville United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was a member of the Lady Elks in New Philadelphia, Bridge Club in Uhrichsville and the Order of Eastern Star in Uhrichsville. She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy (Gordon) Furbay of Nazareth, Pennsylvania; one stepdaughter, Jane (John) Tonkin of Lebanon, Ohio; two stepsons, Kelly (Sharon) Price of New Philadelphia and Larry (Karen) Price of Cambridge, Ohio; two grandsons; one step grandson; seven step granddaughters; 11 step great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Dorothy Austin of Belair, Maryland and Jean Sayers of South Carolina.Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Paul E. Long who passed away in 1966 and her second husband Kelly F. Price who passed away in 1986.In keeping with Mary’s wishes, cremation will take place at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. A memorial service will be Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Chapel with Rev. Gordon Furbay and Rev.
