Marjorie Kathryn Dummermuth

Marjorie Kathryn “Peg” Dummermuth, 68, of New Philadelphia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 1, 2003 following a brief illness.Born in New Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Viola Fox Stine. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother; she enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren participate in numerous sporting activities, was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Philadelphia and a former New Philadelphia Band Booster.Surviving are, her husband of forty-eight years, Jerry L. Dummermuth Sr.; three sons, Jerry L. (Debbie) Dummermuth Jr. of Dover, Jim D. (Sherry) Dummermuth of New Philadelphia and Doug A. Dummermuth of New Philadelphia; a daughter, Kelly J. (Mat) Armstrong of Dover; eight grandchildren, Andy, Eric, Kyle and Sara Dummermuth of Dover; Chase Dummermuth of New Philadelphia and Jeremy, Katie and Emily Armstrong of Dover; two foster grandchildren, Jeff Hess and Joyce McCombs; a sister, Shirley Wikoff of Dover; two brothers, Don (Joann) Stine of Pittsburgh, PA, and Floyd (Elizabeth) Stine of New Philadelphia and many dear friends and family. A daughter-in-law, Crystal Dummermuth, an infant sister, two sisters and a brother also deceased.Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2003 at 10:30 AM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia with Pastor Joe Schulz officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia. Visitation will be held Thursday.
