Marjorie E. Watson

Marjorie E. Watson, 95, of New Philadelphia, died peacefully, Saturday morning, March 24, 2012 at New Dawn Health Care in Dover.

A daughter of the late Edward S. Bigler and Nellie E (Mallernee) Bigler, Marjorie was born March 29, 1916.

She was a housewife and volunteer at Union Hospital in Dover. She enjoyed Bingo, games, and crafts at New Dawn where she lived since 2004. Marjorie was nurtured in faith at the Church of Christ in New Philadelphia.

She married the late John J. Watson, who preceded her in death in 1974.

Marjorie is survived by her brother, Wayne Bigler of Canton and her sister-in-law, Eleanor Watson of New Philadelphia.

In keeping with Marjorie’s wishes, there will be a public graveside service Tuesday, March 27 at 2 p.m. in Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia.
