Lois Gene (Hunt) Kreinbihl-Tyler, 81, of Dennison, died suddenly, Thursday, September 8, 2005 at Union Hospital in Dover.A daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth (Woods) Hunt, Lois was born October 6, 1923 in Newcomerstown, Ohio.Lois, who was a 1941 graduate of Dennison High School, was a bookkeeper at the former Hicks Furniture Store in Dennison. She was a member of the Park Christian Church in Dennison as well as a member of the Polio Support Group.Lois enjoyed playing cards and was a member of various bridge clubs. She also enjoyed traveling.Lois will be remembered by her family as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Tyler, whom she married on February 2, 1993 in Green Valley, Arizona; two sons, Dean (Lee Ellen) Kreinbihl of New Philadelphia and James (Sherilyn) Kreinbihl of New Philadelphia; one daughter, Nancy (Tom) Shaw of Dennison; two step-daughters, Patty (Jim) Duerr of Iron Station, North Carolina and Kathe (Terry) Huebner of Brackney, Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, Stacey (Dan) Langdon, Craig (Melissa) Shaw, Scott (Marisa) Shaw, Keith (Leslie) Kreinbihl, Katy Kreinbihl, Kris Kreinbihl and Gretchen Kreinbihl; one step-grandson, Michael (Dieu) Duerr; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean Hunt of Shelby, North Carolina; and two step-sisters, Joann Riffle and Helen “Punky” Dunlap.Lois was preceded in death by her first husband, Art Kreinbihl, who died October 18, 1986; one son, Gary Kreinbihl; and one step-brother, Jimmy Richards.In keeping with Lois’s wishes, cremation will take place at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. A memorial service will be held at Park Christian Church in Dennison on September 14, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Vince Bagley officiating. Inurnment will follow in Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.
