Lloyd Herbert Crouse, 59, a three year resident of Gnadenhutten, formerly a fourty year resident of Morning View Care Center at New Philadelphia, died early Thursday morning, January 2, 2004 at Union Hospital in Dover. Born in Browntown West Virginia, Mr. Crouse was a son of the late Robert and Edna Estella Crouse. Mr. Crouse enjoyed interacting with his coworkers at Starlight Enterprises. There, he operated the Heat-Sealing machine, and took great pride in his work. Each year in September, he took a week off from work to attend the highlight of his year: the Tuscarawas County Fair. He was also a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. There are no known surviving family members. Rev. William Surber of the First Moravian Church in Uhrichsville will lead a memorial service Monday afternoon at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. There are no calling hours.
