Lloyd Dale Beule, 87, of New Philadelphia, passed away on April 20, 2025, after a period of declining health.
Born on October 25, 1937, in Freeport, he was the son of the late Thomas John and Marguerite M. (Vermillion) Beule.
Lloyd graduated from Freeport High School in 1955. On January 8, 1960, he began his career with the Ohio Highway Patrol, where he served with dedication for 20 years, retiring as a lieutenant on September 6, 1980.
Following his retirement, Lloyd found great success in real estate as the founder of TDS Realty and TDS Homes. Over the years, he built more than 118 homes across Tuscarawas County, leaving a lasting mark on the community.
While working in real estate, Lloyd met the former Carol Gribble, who became his cherished companion. Together, they shared 42 years of adventures, often traveling the country in their motorhome to attend races. A lifelong racing enthusiast, Lloyd began attending the Daytona 500 in 1959 and continued the tradition every year until his health no longer permitted two years ago.
Most recently, Lloyd’s faith was nurtured at the Uhrichsville Christian Temple.
Lloyd will be deeply missed by Carol whom he wed on April 2, 2005; his daughter, Amy (Bob) Krantz of Ocala, Florida; step-children, Deborah Edwards, Jay (Kristin) Beavers, and Chad (Sharon) Beavers; sister, Helen Barker; sister-in-law, Donna Beule; grandchildren, Dale (Sheena) Adkins and their children, Adam and Gavin, Daniel (Elizabeth) Adkins and their children, Daelynn, Taylor and Tyler, Shannon Fritz and her children, Cali and Kennedy, Clint Edwards, Kenny Kasco, Chantal Kasco and her children Aubrey and Aryanna, Jacob Beavers and Colton Beavers; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Beule.
