Linda M. Royer, age 57 of Uhrichsville, passed away early Thursday morning, March 28, 2013, in Union Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born at Boston, Massachusetts, May 25, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Harris Hamilton Sr., and Bertha Taylor Brissette.
Linda graduated high School in 1973 at Zion, Illinois, and went on to work as a caregiver in a hospital setting.
For most of her life, she was a loving and devoted wife to her late husband, Richard Royer, whom she wed February 17, 1978. He passed away January 2 of this year.
She’ll be remembered as a loving mother to her daughters Dominga Ramos, Sonya Ramos, Tonya Ramos and Rosa Ramos all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Linda will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Alicia, Hector Jr., Lexie, Yalena, Lavanna, Brooklyn, Jose Jr., Zamine, Elaina, Theresa, Antonio and Amiha.
Two brothers, Alfred H. (wife, Susan) Hamilton Jr. of Kenosha, WI, Fred J. Brissette Jr. also of Wisconsin, and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Her step-father, Fredrick J. Brissette of Kenosha, Wisconsin, completes the family.
Friends are invited to call Monday, April 1, from 5-7 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. Cremation is planned following the visitation. There will be no public service.
