Linda Bell

Linda Sue Bell, 77, of New Philadelphia died early Sunday, April 15, 2018 in Sycamore Run Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Millersburg following a period of declining health.

Born at Dover, Ohio on August 15, 1940, Linda was a daughter of the late Leo and Jane Dotts Sica.

She was a longtime member of the Dover First Moravian Church and enjoyed collecting Precious Moments and Fenton Glassware.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Bell, whom she married on August 1, 1959, two sons-in-law, David Seifrit of Dryden, Michigan and John Lozano of North Richaland, Texas; two granddaughters, Alyssa LaFont and Chelsea Silva; a sister, Jane Ann (Mike) O’Donell of Dover; and two brothers, Terry (Linda) Sica of Tuscarawas and Pat (Toni) Sica of Carrollton.

In addition to her mother and step-father, Linda was preceded in death by her father, Donald W. McBee; and two daughters, Debra Jo Seifrit and Kathy Lynn Lozano.

The family will greet guests on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 10-11 AM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia where Pastor John Wallace will lead a service celebrating Linda’s life at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the East Avenue Cemetery.

Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Linda’s name be directed to Helping Hands c/o Dover First Moravian Church 319 N. Walnut, Dover, OH 44622.
