Kathryn Zenna Blunt

November 28, 1946 — June 4, 2004

Kathryn Zenna Blunt, 57, of Uhrichsville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 4, 2004. Born November 28, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Corneillius and Viora Thompson Campbell. Kathryn was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and Grandchildren. She also enjoyed canning and baking, as well as camping and boating. Kathryn especially enjoyed gospel music. Survivors include her longtime companion and former husband, Llewellyn D. Blunt of Dover, where her two dogs; Bear and Snoop also reside, two daughters; Roxanne (John) Caldwell of Magnolia and Delorce (James) Miller of Uhrichsville, three sons; Llewellyn D. (Charlotte) Blunt III of Uhrichsville, Sebastian (Susan) Blunt of Dover, Thaddiaus (Starlette) Blunt of Uhrichsville, grandchildren Vanessa L. Lorenz, Michael, Ashton and Cory Blunt of Dover, George W. Burroway of Uhrichsville, Irvin, Marie, and Ella Blunt and Karen Akins, Michael and Brandon Miller, Thaddiaus II and Tonya Blunt, all of Uhrichsville, a sister; Carrie (Chuck) Mohler of Cambridge, a brother; David (Marjorie) Campbell also of Cambridge, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Corneillius “Irish” Campbell, and Robert Eugene Campbell and a sister; Wilma Campbell.Friends are invited to call Monday afternoon from 1-3 and 5-7 at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home of New Philadelphia. The Rev. Don Snow will officiate funeral services Tuesday, June 8, 2004 at 2PM in the funeral home’s chapel. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Sugarcreek. Those unable to attend are invited to send condolences to the family, sign an online guest registry, and view a memorial to Mrs. Blunt’s life on the funeral home’s website. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Kathryn Blunt Memorial Fund in care of the Indian Village Community Bank, 100 South Walnut Street, Gnadenhutten, OH 44629.
