Judith Lynn Cool, 58, of Uhrichsville, entered into her heavenly reward late Wednesday evening, following a lengthy illness. Born in Canton, Oh, she was a daughter of the late Jonathan Henry Dishong and Ethel Iona Dyer Dishong. Judith was a homemaker most of her life. She was a devoted mother and servant of God. Her minister at the First Assembly of God in Uhrichsville will remember her as a prayer warrior, and a student of the Word. She was a proud mother to four daughters and a son, Roberta (Otto) Hsu of Huntsville, AL, Barbara A. Austin of Uhrichsville, Robert F. Cool Jr. of New Philadelphia, Patricia Knight of New Philadelphia, and Rebecca Cool of Uhrichsville; ten grandchildren Kimberly and Krystal Hsu, Judy, Paul Jr., Michelle and Tiffaney Austin, Robert Cool III, and Jamie, Gary Jr. and Sarah Knight; one great-grandson Paul Franklin Austin III; sisters Jackie Yellen, and Rita Jordan; brothers Chuck, Ron and Merle Dishong, and many friends and members of her church community. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert F. Cool Sr. in 1987, and brothers John and Skip Dishong.Friends should call Sunday from 2 until 5 PM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory, New Philadelphia. Pastor Kenneth Fielding will lead a funeral service celebrating Mrs. Cool’s life on Monday at 10 AM in the funeral home’s chapel. Following burial at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville, a reception will be given in the social hall of the First Assembly of God in Uhrichsville.
