Judith Ellen Trader

Judith Ellen Trader, 66, of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday, February 10, 2009 in her home.A daughter of the late William McCreary and the late Dorothy (Scott) McCartney, Judy was born April 1, 1942 at Dover, Ohio.Judy was a homemaker who enjoyed playing Bingo and visiting Wheeling Island Casino. She also enjoyed watching classic movies and reading autobiographies. Most of all, Judy cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.She is survived by her children, Pam (Randy) Affolter of Massillon, Susan Hall of New Philadelphia, Mark Vierheller of New Philadelphia, Melody (Darrell) Duke of Massillon and J.T. Trader of New Philadelphia; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren; an aunt, Ellen Schlimm of Strasburg; her best friend, Shirley Pfeil of New Philadelphia and her beloved dog, Tiny.Judy was preceded in death by her parents and a son, David Vierheller.In keeping with Judy’s wishes, cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. There will be no calling hours or services.
