Joseph A. Shaffer, 59, of New Philadelphia, died Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in Schoenbrunn Health Care at New Philadelphia.

There will be no calling hours or services and cremation will take place through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory at Dover.
