Jolene Marie Sandy

Jolene Marie Sandy, 45, of West Lafayette, O., formerly of Dover, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at her residence.A daughter of Jesse and Mary Joan Witham Sandy, Jolene was born December 28, 1960, in Dover.She attended Starlite School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover. She has resided in Lafayette Meadows, in West Lafayette for nearly 20 years.Jolene enjoyed riding her bike and loved and collected clown figurines.She is survived by her father, Jesse Sandy, of Dover; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Sandra Sandy, of Dover; sister and brother-in-law, Diann and Donald Woosley, of Johnstown, O.; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Carla Sandy, of New Philadelphia; and eight nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary; who passed away September 5, 2001.Visitation will be held Monday evening, March 13, 2006 from 6 -8 in the Geib Funeral Center, 5600 N. Wooster Ave. at Dover where Christian Wake Services will commence at 8 PM. Father Bill Arnold will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in St. Joseph Church at Dover. The funeral cortege will form and prayers will be offered at 10:30 in the Geib Funeral Center prior to processing to the church for mass.
