John Milo Latham

John Milo Latham, 93, of Dover died Saturday, February 26, 2005 at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover.A son of the late John William and Victoria (Alden) Latham, John was born October 25, 1911 in Massillon, Ohio.He attended the Barrs Mills Church of God in Sugarcreek. John retired from Massillon State Hospital in 1977.He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Marie (Snyder) Latham, whom he married on September 5, 1972; one daughter, Bonnie (Frank) Burkett of Navarre; three sons, Raymond (Marie) Latham of Massillon, Thomas (Kay) Latham of Homeworth, Ohio and Charles (Liz) Huddleson of Carrollton; nine step-children, Raymond (Crystal) Korns of New Philadelphia, Thomas (Cheryl) Korns of New Philadelphia, Henry Korns of New Philadelphia, Michael (Sharon) Korns, Sr. of Dover, William (Janie) Korns of Texas, Carol (Tony) Cordova of Nebraska, Edward Korns of New Philadelphia, Terry Korns of Florida and Sally Korns of Florida; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren; 12 step grandchildren; 12 step great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty (Robert) Kale of Warren, Ohio and Frances Henchcliff of CantonJohn was preceded in death by parents, two sons, one daughter, two brothers and three sisters.Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2005 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Geib Funeral Center in Dover where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Hugh Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens. A reception will be held in the hospitality room at the Geib Center immediately following the committal.
