John D. Mann

John D. Mann, 83, a long-time resident of North Canton, OH, died Wednesday morning, November 26, 2003, at Park Village in Dover.A son of the late Miles and Mary Leach Mann, he was born January 30, 1920, in Malaga, Ohio.John retired from the Hoover Company in North Canton after over 40 years of service, and was a member of the AARP.He is survived by his wife, Inez Lorenzoni Mann, whom he married December 19, 1972; two brothers, Kenneth (Loretta) Mann of Reynoldsburg and Richard (Bonnie) Mann of Barnesville; many nieces and nephews, including Larry Mann and Richard Mann, both of Reynoldsburg, Neal Mann and Susan (Barry) Orahood of Barnesville, Louis P. Lorenzoni of New Philadelphia, David (Pat) Lorenzoni of Stone Creek, Marilyn Lorenzoni of South Lebanon, and Carolyn (Ron) Brodzinski of New Philadelphia; and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.John was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James.Services for John will be Saturday, November 29, 2003, at 2:00 pm in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home Chapel with Neal Mann, John’s nephew, presiding. Friends may call on the family in the chapel one hour prior to the service. Burial at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio, will follow cremation which is under the care and direction of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory.
