Jo Ann Mosberger

Jo Ann Mosberger, age 64, of Magnolia, died peacefully Friday, August 3, 2012, in Aultman’s Woodlawn Care Center at Canton.

A daughter of the late Frederick and Norma (Newton) Warfield, Jo Ann was born at Dover, Ohio on April 5, 1948.

Jo Ann was a 1966 graduate of New Philadelphia High School. She had worked for 15 years in banking for both Society Bank and Huntington Bank at New Philadelphia and had spent the last 15 years as a receptionist at the former Tuscarawas Valley Physical Therapy office, now known as Mercy Physical Therapy.

She attended the First Presbyterian Church at New Philadelphia and enjoyed shopping for all those she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Mosberger, whom she married on February 28, 1987; a son, William A. Reed of New Philadelphia; two step-sons, Michael Mosberger of Waynesburg, and Paul (wife, Kelly) Mosberger of Magnolia and two grandchildren, Lucas and Logan Mosberger.

Completing the family are two brothers, Frederick C. (wife, Pam) Warfield,Jr. of New Philadelphia, and Mark Warfield of Florida; a sister, Jackie (husband, Mike) Mathews of New Philadelphia as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by a grandmother, Jessie Staley Rogers.

A graveside service with inurnment will be led by Reverend Alvin Conkey in the Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Cremation Care was conducted by Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory at Dover.
