Jeremy Douglas Wright, 27, of Canton, died unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday, February 23, 2014 in Aultman Hospital at Canton.
A son of Doug Wright and Ella (Moore) Wright, Jeremy was born July 16, 1986 at Canton, Ohio.
Jeremy was a 2005 graduate of Carrollton High School and was currently working as a production supervisor for American Engineering & Metalworking at North Canton.
He was a Harley Davidson Motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding his personal Harley. He had an interest in guns and was a member of the NRA and enjoyed rebuilding guns. Jeremy was an avid hunter and boater and he also enjoyed working on cars and listening to music. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his daughter and wife and other family members and friends. Jeremy simply dedicated his life to living the American Dream and was fortunate to take part in all of these activities on his final day on earth.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole (Hostetler) Wright whom he married on September 18, 2010; his daughter; Lillian Jo Wright of the home; his father, Doug (Linda) Wright of Canton; his mother, Ella Wright of Carrollton; two sisters, Jessica Snyder of Napoleon, Ohio and Samantha Wright of Canton; two brothers, Jamie Wright of Carrollton and Brian Wright of Canton; his grandparents, Dora Belew of Carrollton, Robert (Martha) Moore of Carrollton; John Wright Jr. of Canton and Shelby (John) Eldreth of Canton; nieces, Alana, Emily and Gabriella, a nephew, Sean; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tim and Patty Hostetler of New Philadelphia, a sister-in-law, Jessica Hostetler of New Philadelphia and Nicole’s grandparents, Mary and Don Hostetler of New Philadelphia.
Jeremy was preceded in death by a niece, Elizabeth Wright.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia and again one hour prior to the service on Friday. A funeral service celebrating Jeremy’s life will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Brian Flood officiating. A luncheon will be held in the Geib Family at New Philadelphia following the service. Private inurnment will be held in Dover Burial Park at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made on behalf of Jeremy’s daughter, Lillian, to the Tuscarawas Schools Credit Union, 501 Monroe Street, Dover, OH 44622.
