Jenny Aebersold

Jenny Anne Aebersold, age 55, of New Philadelphia, passed away March 2, 2024.

Born in Pasadena, California on January 29, 1969, she was the daughter of the late F. Norman and Anne B. Aebersold.

After graduating from Blair High School, Jenny moved to Ohio in 1994 with her family. Here, she spent her professional life serving in the food industry. Jenny was a devoted member of the Burning River Church in Dover and loved to comfort and serve her church family and friends.

She will long be remembered as an individual who gave freely of her time and talents. She was drawn to children and children were drawn to Jenny. She was a nurturer and loving caregiver to many children throughout her lifetime. 

Jenny’s family includes her brothers, David (wife, Christal) of Castaic, California, and Brett (wife, Corinne) of Ashland, O.; her nieces and nephew, Brandon Aebersold, and Kaitlyn and Brenden Aebersold; her boyfriend, Todd Davis; and her dear friend and her family, Laurie Bean.

A private family inurnment will take place next to her parents in Maple Grove Cemetery at Dover. A memorial service celebrating Jenny's life will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 beginning at 11 a.m. with Bob Cavanaugh officiating. Friends are invited to greet with the family one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
